About TRA Bathroom
TRA Bathroom is a factory-direct supplier of artificial stone (solid surface) pedestal sinks. We operate our own production workshop in Guangdong, China, and also work with selected manufacturing partners; products are warehoused in our Guangzhou facility and shipped to you. We offer in-stock models and, on existing moulds, custom colours for an uplift of US$60; standard sizes are fixed and cannot be changed.

Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a correct shipping address and contact details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an invalid shipping address.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, Guangdong within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Typical delivery time is 2–4 weeks. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Every order includes full transit insurance. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and Refunds
- Non-damaged items: please review specifications and measure your space before ordering. Return eligibility for change-of-mind cases is governed by our Refund Policy.
- Damaged or defective items: full replacement or refund, covered by shipping insurance; no return of the damaged item required.
- Custom-coloured items: final sale unless damaged or defective.

Product Information
We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. Due to monitor differences and the natural variation of artificial stone materials, actual products may vary slightly from photographs. All dimensions are approximate and may have minor manufacturing tolerances.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and text, is the property of TRA Bathroom and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
TRA Bathroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Our full shipping insurance is the primary protection for damage or loss in transit.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved under that jurisdiction's applicable procedures.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
