How the EXW price works

EXW (Ex Works) means the price covers the finished sinks and standard export packaging at our factory in Guangdong. It does not cover international freight, insurance, customs clearance or import duties — you (or your freight forwarder) arrange and pay for those. We are happy to load your forwarder’s container and provide all export documents. If you would rather receive a single delivered door-to-door price, choose that option in the form and we will quote shipping and duties separately. The EXW factory price and the delivered price are two different quotes and are never mixed.

Quality and testing

Our artificial stone is tested for low water absorption, hardness and stain resistance, and is assessed against the EU RoHS restricted-substances directive. We can share the underlying test reports on request — the figures on this page come from those reports, not from marketing claims.
