How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 25–30 days from order confirmation. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping method.
Do you accept custom orders?

What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Standard catalog items can be ordered per unit. For custom production, please contact us to confirm the minimum quantity for your specification.
Shipping & Customs
How is shipping arranged?
Depending on order size and destination, we ship by sea freight or express courier. We will recommend the most suitable option for your order.
Who handles customs clearance?
We support two customs clearance arrangements: duties paid by us (DDP), or cleared by you at destination (DAP). Both options are available, and the arrangement is confirmed per order before shipment.
Warranty & Returns
How long is the warranty?
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What if my sink arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Our pedestal sinks are made of one-piece cast artificial stone (solid surface) with a smooth, non-porous hand-finished surface.
